Younes Jahdipour, Director of Corporate Communications at Zarmehr Marlik Company, stated that in the past, communication between the company’s personnel and managers was not coherent and effective, but currently this communication has been significantly strengthened.
He emphasized that direct conversations between personnel and managers are conducted by the organizational communications unit, with due respect for confidentiality and transparency.
He added: “This unit also establishes broader connections with non-governmental organizations, organs, and departments and pursues larger projects such as providing energy to mines in areas such as fuel, diesel, electricity, water, and gas. The problems in this area and their development are also under the supervision of this unit.” Engineer Jahadipour continued: “Among other actions of this unit is the pursuit of independent missions. For example, this unit carries out executive operations to solve the mine’s water problems and obtain permits for water wells from the relevant departments until full exploitation.”
The company’s Corporate Communications Manager Zarmehr Marlik also stated: “In the area of social responsibility, Zarmehr Marlik Company has asphalted the rural road of Sanabor. This project, based on a memorandum of understanding with the Road and Urban Development Department and the village council of Sanabor, includes about 4 kilometers of infrastructure, which is being carried out by Zarmehr Marlik Company, and its asphalting will also be carried out by the Road and Urban Development Department.” He recalled: These actions demonstrate Zarmehr Marlik Company’s determination to improve internal communications as well as social responsibilities, which contribute to sustainable development and improving the quality of life in the local community.
